LOCATION
This position is located in Bellevue, Washington, under a hybrid work model. We are open to a remote candidate in the United States who can regularly travel to Seattle. You must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Vice President of Product, you are not just spearheading the creation of the strategy, goals, and roadmap for our world-class labeling software products. You are also vital in executing these, ensuring our product offerings continue to set the standard in the industry. Your role is pivotal in driving our organization's growth and market leadership, and instrumental in developing the experiences our partners and customers demand. This is a role that will challenge and motivate you every day.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Product Strategy: Own and articulate a compelling and ambitious product strategy and vision for the market's leading labeling software. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product strategies are aligned with customer needs and operational capabilities. Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Team empowerment: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, creativity, and accountability not only within the team(s) you lead but also across the company.
  • Roadmap and Execution: Manage and deliver on a product roadmap that balances customer needs, market shifts, and long-term strategy. Partner with engineering to manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with our partners and customers: Build relationships with our customers and partner-based sales channels to deliver the right products and drive adoption and growth. Work closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
  • Portfolio management: Manage a diverse portfolio of solutions tailored to the needs of both small and medium-sized businesses and Fortune 500 customers, including multiple Fortune 10 companies. Continuously evaluate and adjust the portfolio to respond to market trends and customer feedback.
  • Market intelligence: Closely follow industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes. Utilize insights to inform product strategy and innovation.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in product management leadership roles within the software industry. Experience with the development and support of SaaS products is required.
  • 10+ years’ experience in the product space.
  • A deep understanding of building experiences related to management, governance, and administration of SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Adept at working across cultures and time zones.
  • Extensive experience with partnerships, partner-based sales channels, or complex enterprise sales processes.
  • A proven track record of building compelling value propositions for customers.
  • A natural leader with exceptional leadership and team-building skills who has successfully built and nurtured high-performing product teams. Experienced leader of product managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a strategic mindset.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a closely related field. MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $193,000 and $253,000, with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, education, or location.
