This position is available under a flexible work policy, supporting both hybrid and remote work in the US. 

WHO YOU ARE 

As a product marketing leader, you are experienced in creating an organization’s go-to-market strategy and overseeing its execution for the entire portfolio of offerings, including products, services and solutions.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will oversee and collaborate with product management, demand generation, partner marketing, and content marketing. You will: 

  • Translate the company’s business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio of offerings into a formal, cohesive go-to-market architecture 

  • Partner with leaders across the business (e.g. sales, product, solution, industry, services or channel management) to design an aligned set of strategies, tactics and resources that achieve corporate and marketing team objectives 

  • Provide insight and support to company leadership to inform the identification and development of new offerings (products, solutions or services) 

  • Understand target buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape 

  • Create a portfolio architecture aligned with the business strategy, and oversee portfolio strategy and execution planning 

  • Build the go-to-market plan to support and grow the portfolio of offerings, including prioritizing and aligning target audiences, developing effective messaging and building content architecture 

  • Create a sales enablement plan and oversee marketing contributions to drive sales’ adoption of the portfolio 

  • Oversee launch planning for new offerings – including an enterprise-wide process and template – that incorporates products, solutions and services where applicable 

  • Oversee internal resources and external agencies tasked with creating effective content for Web sites, campaigns and sales enablement 

  • Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to guide the marketing staff in its day-to-day activities 

  • Formalize processes, measurement tools and reporting structure to support the portfolio marketing team’s goals 

  • Conduct routine assessments of the organization’s go-to-market processes and address gaps in performance 

  • Manage the hiring, development and retention of product marketing and content marketing talent 

WHAT WE REQUIRE 

  • 10 years of professional B2B experience, motivating and leading a diverse and distributed marketing team. Global experience is a plus. 

  • 5 - 10 years of advanced experience with product line or business unit management strongly preferred 

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience in SaaS / Supply Chain Eco-system digital marketing 

  • Formal leadership experience overseeing a complex marketing budget 

  • Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders 

  • Strong background in business analytics, measurements and dashboards 

  • Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings 

  • Experience developing thought leadership to enhance a company’s reputation in terms of expertise and innovation 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, a related technical field or equivalent work experience. 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT 

  • Upon hire, you must be able to provide documentation that proves authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship. 

COMPENSATION & BENFITS 

  • Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $155,000 - $214,000 with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, or location.
