WHO YOU ARE
You are a detail-oriented and naturally curious finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You have strong General Ledger accounting expertise, with experience managing revenue recognition under ASC 606. You are comfortable analyzing large datasets, uncovering trends, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. You enjoy collaborating across teams to streamline processes, implement controls, and improve operational efficiency. You are confident leading month-end close, supporting global audits, and managing complex financial initiatives, while maintaining accuracy and integrity in all your work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and analyze revenue in compliance with ASC 606, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting.
- Maintain and oversee Fixed Assets and intangible assets, including reconciliations and capitalizations.
- Administer loans and lease schedules, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
- Manage international transfer pricing calculations and corporate income tax compliance on a monthly basis.
- Oversee intercompany transactions, including subsidiary funding and reconciliations.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, implement controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify financial trends, variances, and actionable insights, delivering clear narratives to leadership.
- Lead global audit preparation and coordination to ensure timely and accurate completion of consolidated audits.
- Drive the month-end close process, managing timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution to meet closing targets.
- Execute ad hoc projects and special initiatives, providing analytical and operational support as needed.
WHAT WE REQUIRE- Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, with proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to internal policies.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience in a public accounting firm is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- The assigned annual salary band for this full-time job is $80,400 - $123,600, with a target starting salary between $90,000 - $102,000 and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The specific starting salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, or location.
