LOCATION 

This position works under a flexible work model and is remote in the US with required travel. 

JOB SUMMARY 

The Senior Director of Global Alliances is responsible for the 360-degree relationship between Seagull Software and a grouping of large strategic partnerships. This includes all dimensions of our joint relationship -- from joint selling and market presence to innovation and strategic partnerships, to the partners adoption of Seagull Software. 

Key facets of the role will include developing a partnership strategy, governance and relationship management, partner activation, enablement, services/consulting digitization, innovation, field alignment, sales play development, joint selling and commercial management. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

You will drive outcomes across their subset of strategic partnerships, while also playing a direct partner-facing role as an executive sponsor within key accounts. Key additional facets of the role will include recruiting partners, enabling and developing them through strategic partner programs, while also working as a part of the extended leadership team across the broader Seagull organization to position our partners in every aspect of the Seagull customer engagement lifecycle. 

  • Manage 5-10 Strategic Global Alliances, GSIs, Technology Partners 

  • Work as a part of the Seagull cross functional leadership team to drive programs to integrate Partners into all elements of the product line  

  • Develop global partner strategy across all facets of the relationship 

  • Identify key areas of activation of the partner’s business - including focused geographies and consulting lines of business 

  • Develop market and sales play strategy across regions including priority offerings to develop regional pipeline 

  • Collaborate with Enterprise sales to support partner strategy for customer acquisition 

  • Develop global and regional governance models 

  • Develop strategy for partner scoring and health 

  • Be the single accountable point of contact for all dimensions of the joint relationship 

  • Oversee partner bookings, revenue, project and field sales forecast 

  • Develop joint marketing strategy 

  • Own global enablement plan 

WHAT WE REQUIRE 

  • 10+ years of equivalent experience in Consulting OR as a Partner Manager / GTM Manager / Sales Leader within the SaaS or enterprise software industry  

  • Experience working in consulting and/or clear understanding of consulting business and value propositions 

  • Sales/commercial experience driving GTM activities and customer relationships 

  • Strong ability to build and navigate long term relationships with customers/partners 

  • Project management experience with the ability to organize and manage multiple streams 

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate Supply Chain use cases into consulting offerings and enable partners on Seagull 

  • Self-motivation, proactive team player 

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders 

  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% to meet with partner stakeholders 

  • This role will be measured on Partner Sourced Revenue & Co-sell Attachment Rate 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS  

  • Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $155,000 - $214,000, with the potential for an annual bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, or location.

  • Accrual of 21 days of PTO (combined vacation and sick days) per year for the first four years of employment, with additional accrual increases for years of service
